Salary and other benefits
Selected Probationary Officer will work for a year on probation basis and receive Tk 55,000 salary per month. During the probation period, he/she will have to go through rigorous on-the-job and classroom training program.
After completion of the period satisfactorily, he/she will be confirmed as Senior Officer in the regular salary scale of the bank of Tk 65,000 per month and other admissible benefits will be provide.
Qualifications
A) Candidates must be graduated in any subject/discipline from any reputed university approved by UGC or from any foreign university
B) He/she must have at least CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 or First Class result in honors level, and minimum GPA 4.00 out of 5.00 in SSC, HSC and equivalent levels
C) In case of "O" level and "A" level, minimum "5Bs" and "2Bs" respectively
D) Communication skills with fluency in English and working knowledge of computer applications especially in MS office and internet

Other Condition
Candidates selected for appointment as Probationary Officer will require to execute a bond on non-judicial stamp for serving UCB for a minimum period of 03 years from the date of joining.

Selection Procedure
Applicants will first have to sit for online quiz test. The candidates qualified in the test will have to take part in competitive written test and finally the applicants passed in the written exam will face interview.
